This fulfillment policy explains how www.kickclubs.com (the "Site") processes and ships your orders when you make a purchase from the Site.
Fulfillment Process
When you place an order through the Site, we will send you an email confirmation with your order details and a tracking number. We will also notify you by email when your order has been shipped.
We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfillment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Options and Costs
We offer the following shipping options for domestic and international orders:
• Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for all orders within the United States. Delivery time is 3-7 business days after fulfillment.
• Expedited Shipping: $9.99 flat rate for all orders within the United States. Delivery time is 2-4 business days after fulfillment.
• International Shipping: $14.99 flat rate for all orders outside the United States. Delivery time is 7-21 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination country.
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $50 within the United States.
We ship orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. You can track your order status using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We are not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred by your order when it enters your country. You are solely responsible for paying these charges and complying with your country's laws and regulations regarding imported goods.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
